Deliveries are only available within Kamloops city limits & Sun Rivers.
At this time, deliveries are on Tuesdays only.
DEADLINE: orders must received by 9 p.m Sunday evening prior to be delivered on Tuesday.
We offer FREE DELIVERY if the order is at least $50, otherwise a $15 delivery fee is applied PER ORDER.
NOTE: the ordering and shipping systems are automated. The systems cannot combine orders to reach the minimum $50 limit to get free delivery. To receive your free delivery, all purchases must be made on the same order.
To repeat, deliveries are made on Tuesday each week. If the delivery day is a holiday, deliveries are made the next business day.

Our shipping & handling charges are calculated automatically during checkout. They are based on actual Canada Post rates plus a $6 packaging and handling fee.
